Health Issues Flushing Your Toilet With Seat Up or Down?

I must admit I use muh foot to lift or lower the seat in public toilets.
No way will I be touching them .

I would take some of the toilet tissue but the foot works. I use my foot to flush if it's not the automatic kind.
