I made this for lunch today, new potatoes, green bell pepper, coleslaw, lettuce, beef tomatoes and kidney beans and "chicken" pieces for protein. The dressing was just lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper and some dried herbs.:lick: I like to eat a salad and actually feel full up afterwards.

That is what I forgot to put on my salad, pickled onions!
