Hello! Been eating plant based for a couple of weeks now and could do with some advice.
I seem to have dry mouth all the time but don't know if this the lovely plant based foods i'm eating which contain loads more fibre or the ibuprofen I have been taking for tennis elbow which I started taking about the same time as starting this new lifestyle, has anyone experienced this when switching to plant based foods?? I'm stopping with the painkillers now anyway as they haven't made any difference.
Also I feel pretty fatigued alot but am pretty sure i've been eating a well balanced diet with plenty of calories, although I have read it is normal to feel this in the first couple of weeks when making the switch!!
I would be grateful for any advice.
Thanks :)

I'm not sure I buy all the tales of what is supposed to happen when you change to a more plant based diet. Not talking about health benefits, some are just obvious but other things sometimes negative. I've never known anyone to experience any bodily changes except better digestion.

Anyway, if I was in your position I would try drinking more water and cutting out coffee and energy drinks if you drink them.
