Well for me its:
Crossloop
Audacity
Datavision
Komposer

But for other people the list may be different. Not everyone can be familiar with every program. For example, I spend most of my time working with Excel, so I have little knoweldge of programs that aren't similar.

Record or import audio files. Edit audio files. Convert format of audio files, e.g., convert from WAV to MP3, or vice versa.

Datavision

Create business reports from database files. Design reports and output in HTML, XML, PDF, Excel,
PostScript, or tab-delimited text files.

Komposer

Web authoring/WYSIWYG web page editing.
