This is called a bread but is really more like a pancake. Good for dipping/scooping up curry etc. Soak one cup red lentils in 2 cups water for a few hours until soft. Blend into a thick batter. Pour ladlefuls into a hot non-stick frying pan, cook at high heat until the underside is brown then flip and cook a few minutes more. Very cheap and easy, high in protein, no fat. You can add salt or other seasonings if desired.

I might try using lentil flour as I hate cleaning food processors.
