This poor baby girl is lucky to be alive. I cannot imagine why her mum left her in freezing conditions, late
at night in a park ?
She was lucky that passers by informed paramedics who were swiftly on the scene.
If a mum were to abandon a newborn, it would be wiser to do it in a place where the child would have been found swiftly.
