In need of real maple syrup. We don't use much and it stays in the freezer. Always got the amber version, but wondering about the dark?
I'd like to get some opinions here--how much stronger is the dark? Is it less sweet? Any bitter?
I'm sure I'd be fine with either, but my son who uses more.... ? He's only had amber.
