I wanted to like Noel Diary because part of it was filmed in Essex CT which is a neighboring town but I couldn't get past the first 30 minutes. I may have to try again.
 
finished I Believe in Santa - it was just okay - then watched Mistletoe Farm - a British movie, on Netflix, that was way over the top in its exaggeration of the situation but the very cute kids and very cute animals made it tolerable

Watched I Believe in Santa. It was ok. Not great.

So many bad movies on Netflix. I started watching 4-5 and had to turn them off after 15-20 minutes. The acting was so bad/amateurish. I switched to Hulu.
 
I wastched Merry Kiss Cam and thought it was very cute. Not very Christmasy. But I liked it.

Then I watched A Chance for Christmas. It was like Groundhog Day. So predictable but cute and entertaining enough.

Now I'm watching Dancing Through the Snow. So far so go. Again, not great but it's holding my interest.

I loved it the first few times I saw it but now it's lost its appeal. I find that happens with some movies...I watch every time they come on then after a few years I want nothing to do with them.

we skipped Christmas movies last night to start watching Jack Ryan..... I would rather watch Christmas movies.... Reacher, maybe, but Jack Ryan is just too realistic and violent

I keep trying to avoid online spoilers. We are watching Jack Ryan from tomorrow. I don't remember the first two series being violent, but then it has been so long since I watched them.

I have the phone one on my list but I've watched the glass onion. IMHO not nearly as good as the first Knives Out. But still good entertainment.

I have seen the first one a couple of times unwittingly so I am a bit prejudiced against it, it was good though and I did enjoy this one too.

Apparently one of the large awesome hotels in Quebec City (Chateau Frontenac) is trying to be chosen as a site for a future Knives Out movie.

We felt the same way. I'm sure I liked the first two seasons a lot more.

We watched the Unabomber Netflix show yesterday. I had only really heard a little bit about him and had no idea about exactly what he did! I have one more episode to watch.

Yesterday I watched a Dog Named Christmas. I had forgotten how good it was.
Today was the Christmas Shepherd. Also very good but the first half was very emotional. 😭
