Hi all, new here so apologies if similar threads have been posted!
I'm a vegetarian but I am very interested in veganism from an ethical perspective.
I live on site at my work but my accommodation has no cooking facilities (only a microwave, freezer and running water) and I am not permitted any cooking equipment in my room. This is justified by my employer as food is provided for us - there are vegi options but not vegan (I currently prepare my own food anyway as the food provided is garbage, it just takes a lot of thought and prep) and my question for lack of better understanding is "how viable is vegan?" from a health perspective in my particular case.
I feel pretty lost.
