If you’re looking for the healthiest ice cream to buy in the UK, it has to be this vegan-friendly chocolate orange flavoured choice from Coconuts.

Though this particular product doesn’t have the highest protein profile, (it’s still an impressive 2g of protein per serving), it’s ingredients actually include organic coconut powder, meaning that it is likely to contain a pinch of antioxidants, which
are very, very good for you. £4.50

It’s no mistake either, because this product only contains 178 calories per tub, making it the perfect option if you’re looking for a healthy low calorie ice cream option.
As well as the delicious taste, it is also a great source of protein, with one 100ml serving containing around 2.5g of protein!

This award-winning product is also free from artificial-sweeteners and has been approved by the Vegetarian Society too. £4.50

Best coconut milk ice cream: Blue Skies have recently launched a new range of vegan ice creams which are not only dairy-free but are made with fresh fruit too. The chocolate and orange flavour was another coconut contender which topped our list of favourites – it’s delightfully creamy and rich in chocolate, with just a subtle addition of orange flavour that isn’t too overpowering. For anyone who enjoys the flavour combination, this is practically Terry’s Chocolate Orange in an ice cream.
