I'm an fairly active ectomorph, I've been vegetarian for 20 years and vegan for two. My daily calories are 3.6-4k, although I would like to increase it to 4.5k. My protein intake is around 160, but I'd like to hit 200.
Are there any other users with high calorie requirements? Tips would be much appreciated!
I don't use powders, and try to avoid processed stuff where possible - but I'm not ruling anything out.
