It's impossible to bake pizzas, tarts and pies. I usually bake blind the tart shell and add either lemon curd or jam once the shells are cooked. Puddings and sponge cakes come out fine.
You just have to adjust the temperature and cooking time. So, it's a lot of trial and error.
It’s great for frozen pizza. But I know you are a “from scratch” cook. But occasionally I buy the AMERICAN Harvest vegan pizza and it cooks up amazingly well in the air fryer.
