Replacing wheat gluten?

Is there anything that is possible to replace wheat gluten with that is glutenfree?

Example in a recipie like this.

I can eat soy yeah. So I can se on the last one. Sometimes you find great recipes with things you don't know how to switch out, so then it's good to have some ways to go for it!
