Yay for ballet!I'm starting ballet again on Wednesday
So pleased, it will be great for my back. Not being that active lately, am feeling very lazy. Eating is ok, neither healthy nor damaging.
Will run a mile or 2 today, swim tomorrow
DO IT... and...OMG, my friend wants to do this hike that is like 170-something miles or something. I can't remember the name of the trail/mountains, but she said it was in Wales and it sounded awesome. Problem is I need three weeks to do it, and I don't have that much vacation time yet . I can dream, though. You will have to do it for me and post lots of pictures I can drool over. Whaddya say?PTree I'm so jealousy of your hikes! I'm going to have to do a weekend in Wales or somewhere soon!
Sweet!Talking about Scotland next year
That is awesome. Congratulations!!So I've been being really good. I have been keeping up the ab challenge thing (at one point I took a three day break, but I made myself go back to it)
And ... *drumroll* I can now do up my goal pants! Granted, they're so tight there's no way I'd wear them for a day yet (in fact, I'm afraid of what might happen if I sit down in them ... ) but I haven't been able to do them up in ages, so this feels really good! It wasn't all that long ago where I couldn't even pull them up, so this is a great achievement for this year for me. Before I know it I'll be able to wear them comfortably.
I want to. I think I may do this for November. Fall is a dangerous time for me food-wise. All my comfort foods come a-calling, and I really would like to, for once in my life, make it through the holidays without going off the rails food-wise. I would like not to dread the holidays as well (food-craziness-wise). I like to have goals and structure and such, so I think this would be good.Seriously, if anyone wants to time up/get muscle definition...do the 30 day shred.
There's really no way you can do that & not see results. If you don't, you're not trying hard enough haha
Wow, congratulations!I hope! I have to loose some moore weight first. I've lost 9 kg in 8 weeks now. And can run 3 km without a break. First time I had problem running 1 minute...
Good1. Continue with daily Yoga and meditation.
2. Get more sleep.
3. I should do cardio.
4. Make lunches for work because even the vegan stuff in the cafeteria is pretty fatty. Except this yummy quinoa thing they have.
5. Listen to more loud music and dance more.
