Off on a road trip to Yorkshire! ''We don't take up much space, really we don't''!
This is what my good friend in Brighton must have thought. She has 6 or 7 rescue dogs from Hungary. I can't remember how many she has.
I feel that way about cats lol.
I remember having six cats back in 1995. It was awesome. I had just moved to Putnam County NY from Westchester with Mandy and Mikey. Then Mandy got out before I was able to find a vet and get her fixed...she had four kittens and I kept them all lol.
After that I had four until I moved to CT in 2020 with only three. Ben had died the year before. And now Stella is the lone queen of the house. I miss the chaos of having multiples.
Ok, that's enough hijacking of the dog thread lol.

Rain this gorgeous innocent dog will never know how lucky he is. He was literally hours away from PTS and a group of people have saved him literally at 10pm. We don't know the exact details but he will live. The pound has agreed to him going to a sanctuary which was not the case at 8 pm.
WHAT A DAY
"After thinking we had sorted it, something else fell through. But we never gave up; at 10pm at night I can confirm - Rain has been saved & will not lose his life.
As many of you are aware, or have probably seen Rain, the chow cream. I was trying everything to save his life after he failed a temperament test and looking like all hope was lost, a miracle has been achieved .
Huge team effort of what can only be described as crazy dog lovers, we have worked and agree with the pound they will release him.
A huge collaboration to save a dog we have never met. That’s what dog rescue is. Hours on your phone, fighting for their life, why? Because every life is precious & each dog that has been let down by humans, deserves to be saved by humans
If anyone would like to donated towards his neutering costs, I know this boy touched so many & he came so close to loosing his life.''
