I'm not a Christmasy person at all, but I do have a nice collection of ornaments, and miss decorating a tree. (Putting up my grandparents' tree was my job when I was growing up, and it was always exciting to unwrap and hang the beautiful ornaments my grandma brought back from Germany.)
I love real trees (the SMELL!) but don't like the maintenance or the fact that they're just thrown out after Christmas. Living trees are nice, but I don't have a good spot to plant one after. Artificial trees are so intimidating to me - so many options!
I kind of want a black tree, though. I think the lights and ornaments would look really great on them.
Idk, anything I got would have to be really short to fit on top of my dining room table, otherwise the rabbits would eat it. Thinking about putting up a tree is so exciting for me, but then I just think about the work involved and just... don't do anything.
I do have a 3-foot tall cardboard tree with cardboard ornaments that I got last year. Safe to be chewed on by mischievous rabbits! I should at least get that out.
