Be careful not to consume only fruits & vegetables and grains & seeds, while giving up your protein intake which is a building block of the body. It is recommended to consume legumes, eggs, fish and dairy products as well.
This should really be titled "Confused, ignorant misconceptions about the vegetarian diet"
This appears to be an Israeli website. Many Jews are confused about the role of fish in a vegetarian diet because in a Kosher diet, fish is "parve" or neutral, meaning that it can be eaten with either a meat meal or a dairy meal. While observant Jews are restricted to certain types of fish in their diet, fish does not have the same significance as other types of meat, which is why it can be eaten with dairy while other kinds of meat cannot. Therefore, confused Jews think fish is acceptable in a vegetarian diet, while we know better.
I also think it's funny that they spell tempeh as "tampa".
Oh, and an extra comment: Be careful with kosher-designated items. Just because it's dairy-free doesn't mean it's vegan. Eggs can be present in some form, because eggs are also parve or neutral; they can be eaten with both meat and dairy.
I do find some interesting vegan food in the Jewish part of the international section in this one grocery store. I have noticed eggs in things, though, like WHY not have eggless frozen potato pancakes, they look so good?

Because they're made mainly for observant Jews, leaving the eggs in doesn't seem like a big deal. It's only when the food makers realize that they can expand their market if they leave the eggs out that leaving the eggs out will happen.
My mom loves kosher frozen blintzes that come from Trader Joe's (not made by them but sold by them). They have tofu filling instead of cheese, but they contain eggs. This is designed for observant Jews so they can be eaten with a meat meal, since they don't contain any dairy.
