Vegan Ice Cream

I can't find vegan ice cream overhere so have decided to order an ice cream maker plus The Vegan Scoop recipe book.

I have also ordered some arrowroot and natural aromes (violet, coconut, gingerbread) to make some original ice creams.

Does anyone have any useful tips or recipe ideas ?

Coconut milk makes the best base,in my opinion. Have fun!

I am from the UK however I now live in France which is very vegan unfriendly.

My local health food shop sells vanilla soya ice cream for around €6 for 4 small pots !!!!!!!

So Delicious is Launching Oatmilk-Based Frozen Dessert!

I forgot to post about the Target brand non-dairy. It was ok but not awesome. I think the other flavors might be better. Publix has Ben & Jerry's BOGO including non-dairy so I got some! I wonder if they will get that new So Delicious one.
