Has anyone tried any of the vegan meal kit delivery services? I'm referring to ones where they send all the premeasured ingredients and then the customer does the actual cooking.
I subscribed to one a couple months ago, and have been really enjoying it but with mixed feelings. The meals are tasty and easy to make, and it saves me a ton of time with grocery shopping and cooking.
The downside to it is that since everything comes premeasured, there's a lot of waste (I don't see why they need to wrap each of the veggies individually in plastic, for example); if they were to switch to paper packaging instead, I'd be a lot happier with it.
I also do wish the meals were a little bit healthier, but it's a huge step up from fast food or microwave meals.
