My daughter, and I, were watching a video on restaurant tricks, and the chef said that a dessert chef at a major athletic venue said that 80% of the desserts were vegan because it was too much trouble to make both vegan and non vegan desserts. He said that was true for a lot of restaurants in the U.K.
He said that the non vegan gets the dessert made with coconut yogurt, and they don't seem to notice the difference.
