Now I am having Tree Top 100% Pure Pressed 3 Apple Blend 100% apple juice. I also generally have jasmine green tea, most often between midnight and dawn when I wake up and it is quite cooler, but lately it is often a coffee instead, for ... reasons.

I'm having lemon water, but I have a smoothie to drink that I made last night in the fridge. Cherries and frozen banana.

Peppermint tea. I feel like I've got trapped gas and I"m hoping it will help.

I had another iced coffee. I prefer it to hot coffee. It must be the extra milk.
