I've been adding some... I don't know if classical is the right word, energetic instrumental music maybe, to my workout playlists lately. I traditionally listen to angry aggressive music (i.e. Five Finger Death Punch) when I work out because it keeps me in the frame of mind I need, but as my son grows up I don't want him to realize daddy is a little bit insane :/
