Does he play SR2 on PC, Xbox or Playstation? I have SR2 on playstation and pc. It's more buggy on the PC version, though.
Definitely it does. "Neptune" from Gustav Holst's "Planets" contains "bocca chiusa" (humming), and some pieces by Claude Debussy also do. These are the first that came to my mind. If vocal score contains no words, its up to composer, whether its instrumental or not. E.g. Giacinto Scelsi with his beautiful choir concertoCamel: Snow Goose. 100% prog, 100% instrumental, IIRC. (Edit: it appears to have some humming, so using their voices as an instrument. Does that qualify as instrumental? )
I wish I knew more about classical music. Progressive rock (one of my favourite genres) has many influences from classical.Definitely it does. I'm going to listen to it tomorrow! (this piece). I really believe that you ought to listen to Pavane by Gabriel Faure. It is so beautiful... no wordsI wish I knew more about classical music. Progressive rock (one of my favourite genres) has many influences from classical.
Interesting! Now listening to the Pavane track from Thijs van Leer's Introspection debut & solo album. This is a classical piece. And it has some (very) discrete humming, at least in van Leer's version.
