Green asparagus with evo/sea salt, a Happyvore pan fried banger, bread sticks.

I had a protein shake with coffee, Rice Krispie treats that I made yesterday with Dandies marshmallows, and a bowl of veggie broth with carrots, celery and crumbled tofu. 🤷‍♀️

A salad; fresh spinach, grated red cabbage, strips of red roasted peppers, sunflower seeds, Dijon
vinaigrette/yeast flakes with a slice of leek, kale tofu bake.

A slice of multi seed quinoa artisan bread/spread.

Strawberries/coconut milk yogurt/sweetener.

back to oatmeal, berries, banana this morning

one of our neighbours gave us a bunch of vegan treats for Easter - so kind of them - there were these 'cookies' and I had one before reading the Ingredients... ugh - I swear they were mostly coconut oil with a few bits of almond flour mixed in - so gross - fortunately there are other amazing chocolate bars etc and one of them is Lindt's new Vegan salted caramel (oat based) can't wait to try it, and some gummies.

@Emma JC I had the Lindt oat milk salted caramel. I didn't love it but It's pretty good. Hopefully you will like it.

These Rice Krispie treats are going to do me in. I can't stop eating them! I may have to finish them all today and get it over with.

I did make a giant salad...crispy green lettuce, baby kale, shredded brussels sprouts, carrots, celery, chickpeas, onions, olives, pistachio...so that the next time I'm hungry I'll get something nutritious in me instead of reaching for more treats lol.
