Whatcha Eatin?

I had some lemon water and an iced coffee. I got a banana but half of it was all mushy and gross. I think I will have a cherry and banana smoothie when I go downstairs.
 
I took a rather long walk (6 mile round trip) to a trail near my place- and snarfed quite a few black mulberries along the way. Before that, breakfast was a simple-but-good potato salad: unpeeled, baked-in-my-slowcooker Russet potatoes, cubed and dressed with vegan mayonnaise. (I guess I wanted a change from my usual oat muesli... or maybe it was because I'm out of oats?... I see a trip to the health food store bulk section in my near future...)

Today, I had a delicious stir-fry with bell peppers, eggplant, and zucchini - all low FODMAP!
