Why are so many ultrarunners vegans?

    An interesting article no matter what - but especially good for those of us who both run and eat vegan.

    For me, the biggest takeaway was just how often we are seeing positive articles about veganism in the news lately. It was just the other day where the NYT had an OpEd on vegan burgers.

    It is an interesting article. Thanks for posting it!

    There's more and more athletes going vegan all the time. It's probably one of the best PR avenues the vegan community has. I guess celebrity vegans help a lot as well, and it does sort of normalize it for non-vegans.
