I'll be involved with 2 semi private classes at my indoor Yoga studio with a mask, also will be doing virtual zoom style class. Haven't done very much Yoga at home but have done daily Tai Chi Chuan and walking.
Did my first indoor Yoga class today with a mask, it was a bit of a Power Yoga and my mask was pretty thick, next time use a disposable light weight mask. Great to be back in the studio.
Wow, cool! I'm new to yoga and I just started practicing this. Honestly, for me, the headstand is something unreal and incomprehensible. To tell the truth, I started to practice yoga with the goal to lose weight and get a fit body. I have read some interesting facts and information about this on https://yogapractice.com/yoga/can-you-lose-weight-doing-yoga/. But then the more I do this, than more I think about the health and the psychological mind condition. I think it is a mental transformation.
