Northeast Boston Area Meetup!

Okay, so it looks like we're going to meet up on Saturday, August 18th at 11:30AM in Harvard Square. I say we meet at the First Parish Cambridge Church on 3 Church Street in Cambridge (it's right when you get out of the T station at the Church street exit).

Also I suggest that we PM each other an email contact just in case we're late or something comes up last minute. (assuming we all have smart phones, I guess)

Not too positive on my end This trip is not going as planned, at all.

I lost all my contacts after accidently locking myself out of my new smart phone and not having backed them up to the SIM card and doing a hard reset, sigh. Also, it seems we are leaving from Foxwoods casino either Saturday or Sunday and my husband will be needing our Civic so I am looking into a rental car place that is both near Worcester, where I am now and Foxwoods.

If anyone else has a better plan to get me from Connecticut to Boston back to Connecticut, let's hear it.

I have decided this trip is just not the right time. With our trip being cut a day or two short, after spending over what I would have liked and one of our dogs passing away unexpectedly while we are away , I think it is better to hold off until I am in a better place for a meetup like this.

Thank you Scorp, it's been really hard being so far away and especially since she was just fine when we left. I just wish I was able to hold her one last time.

Bummer you folks had to cancel, but maybe next time I will be able to get in on it. Too much going on for me right now, but if the next meet-up falls at the right time, I can take a bus from Manchester right to South Station for not too much money.
