I really felt like putting up the x-mas lights today as it is getting so dark and chilly in the late afternoon. I will try and wait until Dec 1st.
I have Bethlehem fairy lights on all year around.
I have about 1/5 of my shopping done, which at this time of year is pretty awesome for me. I have a list, but I still am undecided about what to get a few recipients. Getting this done early enough will definitely put me in the spirit of wanting to put the tree up Thanksgiving Day weekend. It is an artificial tree (we aren't allowed to have real ones), so it can stay up for a long time.
