Christmas Day Breakfast

I served this to my boyfriend's family. His dad's response: "When you go... leave the leftovers."

Got up bright and early to get some homemade wasail simmering so the smell was permeating the house by the time my girlfriend woke up. Now when it's done we can throw it in a thermos so we have warm wasail during snowmobile breaks. Fun day ahead

Here we come a wassailing among the leaves so green. Here we come a wandering, so fair to be seen.

I made this as well, and my family loved it! I don't typically have much of a Christmas breakfast because dinner is so plentiful, but I thought the apple tofu bake would be just the right amount.
