Do cashless businesses discriminate against the poor?

I don’t know enough about it but just from reading the article I would agree.
 
I saw somewhere that the By Chloe restaurants are cashless. I suppose if you cater to a “certain crowd”, your customers can afford it when you build the credit card merchant fees into your prices.
 
I personally seldom carry cash but I can see "cashless" being an issue for some people. I think it would be very discriminating.
 
I hardly ever use cash myself but I certainly don’t think everything should be cashless. I think it would be an issue for a lot of people.
