How to Recover From Eating Out-Help!!

I think this sort of thing can happen in the beginning. But as things go on you get better at setting boundaries, and preparing for situations where there is no food. Once my family booked at a steak bar. I was feeling very volatile and ended up crying because there was only a salad bar with lettuce, tomatoes etc, nothing at all on the menu that wasnt a meat dish. So I just cried into my salad. Luckily most restaurants in NZ have at least one vegan meal, though it doesnt give me much choice often.

Its also funny how people say "How do you know someone is a vegetarian/vegan? Don't worry, they will tell you!"

Well, this is why, because of omnis trying to shove all sorts of stuff down our throats. We need to make it clear from the beginning and be precise so there is no confusion. Being inconsistent just sets them up to re-serve the stuff again to us in the future..

That is precisely what has been previously stated. Make it clear and voice your convictions.
