I was afraid Carrie Fischer wouldn't make it. :( A massive coronary event, especially when there's even a minimal delay in getting to a cardiac unit....

There is much to admire in someone with bipolar disorder who nevertheless manages to be a success. She was a warrior in her own right.

Carrie Fisher's interview on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, November 21, 2016.

I watched this when it aired. I never thought this would be the last time I'd see her on TV, or see her alive. :(

That poor dog just lost his mommy. :(

This is so sad. I'm a big Star Wars fan, and seeing her back in 1977 kicking butt on screen and taking care of business was really cool. Her wit and talent will be missed. R.I.P., and may the force always be with y0u.

I'll be watching The Blues Brothers upstairs at Jer's tonight. I wish I owned The Burbs... and I've only got Soapdish on VHS. I'm sure Jerry will be playing the original Star Wars trilogy in the living room. Damn, I'm really bummed. :sniff:
:rose: R.I.P., Carrie. :rose:
