Ha. you know for the longest time I thought "compassion" was the most powerful emotion for affecting good works. It turns out that "spite" is pretty powerful too
Nope. Rush was low and divisive.Setting up a fundraiser to spite someone who has just died is pretty low and divisive.
I disagree. Rush lived to create hate and division among his followers, using his radio show as a pulpit to spread fear and hate of any race but his own, women, LGBT....Setting up a fundraiser to spite someone who has just died is pretty low and divisive.
The satire and comedy shows from the UK give a Wonderful coverage of the News! I am sure that they will miss trump.Last Night Tonight with Jon Oliver is just hitting it out of the park lately.
It almost seems wrong that maybe the best news show on TV is in the category of Late night talk and News Satire.

The rendition of the Odal rune with wings or feet (serifs) was the badge of the SS Race and Settlement Main Office, which was responsible for maintaining the racial purity of the Nazi Schutzstaffel (SS).[5] It was also the emblem of ethnic Germans (Volksdeutsche) of the 7th SS Volunteer Mountain Division Prinz Eugen operating during World War II in the Nazi Germany-sponsored Independent State of Croatia. This rendition has been used by the Neo-Nazi Wiking-Jugend in Germany, and in South Africa by the Anglo-Afrikaner Bond, the Boeremag, the Blanke Bevrydingsbeweging,[6] and the Italian neo-fascist group National Vanguard. This particular rendition has no historical significance outside of Nazi Germany. Because of its Nazi associations, Strafgesetzbuch 86a bans any usage of the Odal rune as with most other symbols if used in a Neo-Nazi context.
Another version with arrows on the end was used by the 23rd SS Volunteer Panzer Grenadier Division Nederland.
South Africa
It was used by the Afrikaner Student Federation and the far-right wing White Liberation Movement.[7][8]
United States
In November 2016, the leadership of the National Socialist Movement announced their intention to replace the Nazi-pattern swastika with the Odal rune on their uniforms and party regalia in an attempt to enter mainstream politics.[9][10]
At the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) held in Orlando, Florida, on February 25–28, 2021, the floor layout of the main stage resembled the odal rune with wings/feet, leading to speculation on social media as to why that design was chosen. CPAC chairman Matt Schlapp said comparisons were “outrageous and slanderous”.[11]
New Zealand
The symbol was used with the Black Sun/Sonnenrad/Schwarze Sonne, Tyr rune, Celtic Cross, Kolovrat swastika, the neo-Nazi slogan Fourteen Words and Archangel Michael's Cross of the Romanian fascist group Iron Guard by the Christchurch mosque shooter Brenton Harrison Tarrant.[12]
I read about that this morning.CPAC 2021 Open Display of Nazi Symbols - Security Boulevard
The CPAC stage shaped like the Odal rune with feet - a common symbol of far right groups

You should read the article I posted and then comment on it. The author makes some good points that wasn't apparent or obvious to me.I'd guess most likely it was a coincidence. A shape like that is bound to crop up at some point or if it doesn't some other shape with some other connotation might do so.
Other less likely theories.
Boy are you giving them too much credit! We're talking the CPAC, that in particular this year is catering to white supremacy and nationalism and craziness. If it were in fact a mistake, it easily would have been attributed to the designer, and easily covered up, and apologized -- mostly to the members--who of course I'm sure were thrilled with it as it is"And after it was called to their attention, they did nothing, so you can only assume they were OK with what it represents."
Let's break this down.
"And after it was called to their attention" = a cancel culture twitter mob tried to crush you
"they did nothing" a day has passed since our twitter mob tried to force you to redesign and physically rebuild a large structure in the middle of a demanding event and you have not done it
"so you can only assume they were OK with what it represents." you have produced a shape that displeases me, therefore you are a nazi.
