I have another one, although I hesitate to post it as I really don't wish to be the doom and gloom and/or conspiracy poster, that said I also think it is good to stay informed about what is being said/done out there even if the end result is different from what the predictions looks like - this is likely the scariest of all ...it now has almost 1 million views and it was done in November and it is pretty crazy how much what she talks about appears to be already in motion...

I watch all of the Meidas Touch Network videos and Adam is a part of that group. I love that they have a wide variety of personalities that contribute to the shows. Sometimes I only watch a few minutes and sometimes all the way through.

edit: I also read George Conway on Bluesky George Conway (@gtconway.bsky.social) some interesting comments there today about not paying taxes....

It's hard for me not to be doom and gloom. My oldest daughter annoyed me yesterday because while she is not a Trump supporter, she tends to not worry about anything that doesn't directly affect her. Nice for her that she feels protected in her little bubble. She told me to "stop with the doom and gloom" stuff. And my younger daughter said ignorance is bliss.

Yep, I have been watching that network a lot recently. Adam is (IMO) by far the best one. And so young.

I really want out of the US if this continues. I struggle with Spanish.
There have been so many ICE raids already, just pulling 'suspicious' people out and putting them through hell, which impacts their lives whatever the reason, and then collecting fines - as if they had the money! It's extortion!
So busy bankrupting people, and starting at the easy targets-- and working their way up
People still kiss the orange azz. Nothing will faze the magats, or qanons. They believe he 'got tough' on Mexico and Canada when those deals were done way back from Biden!
I don't know how they're pitching his flooding of California as a win, but am curious. Of course come summer when they have no water reserves they can again blame California governance
And what the heck is going to happen when musk and rump butt heads?

It looks like Trump is largely bluffing with his tariff threats - he just wants to coerce a sign of submission out of other leaders even if they don't concede much of substance. But he might follow through on the threat, even at high political cost, if one of them doesn't adequately kiss his ***.

I'm really disappointed with the Democrats so far handling Trump 2.0. They just don't seem to understand how to effectively frame things to voters. Pearl clutching over the sanctity of our norms and institutions is too abstract. If you can't connect an issue to voter's wallets talk about another issue!
