I did see boxes of vegan truffles at the checkout today! I think four flavors and one was coconut. Only thing that kept me from buying them! $3.99

Wow. lots of. great ideas. I even asked them to send me the free celebrity 30 days cookbook.
I don't feel like I am in a rut - I have about a dozen different breakfasts I rotate thru. but it could be more.

I alternate with the same two brands of cold cereal. then I add either strawberries, blueberries or banana.
a few times a week I have hot oatmeal with flaxseed and then I add strawberries, blueberries, or sometimes banana and peanut butter. And when I'm out of fresh fruit I go with frozen blueberries or raisins and slivered almonds. And sometimes I make a big batch of steel cut oats and try something new.
A couple of times a week I have a bagel sandwich. toasted bagel, P-B cream cheese, cucumber, lettuce tomato.
Once a week I have a "fancy breakfast". Just egg foldables with hash brown and P-B sausage. or Just Egg foldable on a sandwich with P-B cheese and tomato.
