A grated red cabbage and spinach salad/Dijon vinaigrette/yeast flakes and
a sprinkle of lemon pepper.
An orange.
Breakfast Steelcase oatmeal with maple syrup
Lunch -purple sweetpotatoes with palak tofu-paneer..
Supper will be redbeans and brown rice, with zatarans, and possibly cabbage slaw
I found this book in a charity shop for £1 the other day. I was planning on making a tofu, veg and rice dish later to I will see if there is a recipe in here.
for a snack yesterday I wanted some of those homemade peanut butter cups and was too lazy so I put saltine crackers (5) on a plate - put a bit of peanut butter on each and then 6 chocolate chips on each... microwaved for 1 minutes - voila... a perfect snack and nothing left around for me to keep eating
today will be steel cut oats/split red lentils, banana, date, molasses, berries, ground flax, hemp hearts, turmeric, maple syrup, walnuts
