Whatcha Eatin?

Wow, this GF bread isn't good at all! It tastes like cardboard.
It isn't low-sodium too, is it? The low-sodium foods I've seen (other than produce, of course) all have that clearly labelled. I often choose low-sodium foods during the cold seasons, but in warmer/sweaty weather I figure I can use the salt.

I’ve been craving some kind of burger but without the burger. So I had a roll with mayo, ketchup, pickles, onion and melted Chao cheese. It really hit the spot! I could eat another one but I won’t. 😊

I'm not sure but it is really gross! Lol. The first loaf of GF bread was amazing compared to that, but double the price!

I should maybe get a bread maker and make fresh GF bread each day.

^ I keep thinking it would be too much effort, but it probably wouldn't be! I think you just need to mix everything up and throw it in?!

Toasted English muffin…half with avocado and a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and half with avocado and a sprinkle of nutritional yeast. So good!

Avocado is on the good food list for reflux so I’m trying to eat more of them. I do get tired of them easily, though. I’m on three days in a row and I have one left. Not sure I will be able to get it down before it goes bad!
