Fiancé's mum is always cool - makes sure I always have food options in the house, and wants every single recipe I ever use around her she switched over to veg mince after I made her a spaghetti bolognese xD

I made vegan Christmas cake for gifts this year, and I received a lovely thank you note from my nan and grandad saying how tasty it was. My parents also said it was really good, the best one I've made (last years had so much brandy it sort of turned into pudding...!). I'm really pleased.

Sometimes I really do feel like I'm changing omnis perceptions of vegan food, one cake at a time.
