NEW UK VEGAN MOVIE 'I COULD NEVER GO VEGAN' soon...

Hi all wonderful beings. There is an upcoming documentary movie entitled "I could never go vegan". You can watch the trailer below.
I anticipate this reaching and influencing many humans. It is the best thing for humanity as a whole to have awareness and compassion.
For the vegan haters and 'meat" lovers, they have their opinions and habits. They have been heavily indoctrinated in a flesh-eating culture,
as I was growing up that normalized eating cadavers and their secretions.
However I do pray those humans take the time to watch it.
Its' not about "arrogance" or "superiority", its' about the truth.
peace and love to all sentient beings everywhere, rachel

I’m going to see it on Saturday. Hopefully, Thomas Pickering will join us for a vegan meetup lunch beforehand. However he’ll be doing a Q&A after the screening, so we will be able to discuss his film.

The trailer and announcement was posted in the UK forum a few weeks ago.

From the horse's mouth:

''Big announcement
😃
I’m thrilled to say I Could Never Go Vegan is coming to US streaming platforms on December 3rd! It’s been a long road to get to this point, but I’m so proud of the film we’ve put together, and more importantly, of the potential impact we could have with it. Thank you to everyone who has helped and supported us on this journey. UK announcement to come shortly - all nicely timed for Veganuary'' Tom Pickering.

I went to one of the first screening of the documentary held in Brighton in April. I had the privilege of meeting Tom afterwards at the bar on the upper floor of the cinema. Not only is he a very talented person but also a hard core vegan. He is also a sweetheart. Such lovely memories of that evening to treasure.

How can someone be indoctrinated into eating meat when all the tribes of the earth today which have no connection to us or our media still hunt and eat meat? Its survival. Granted we dont need to survive that way anymore.

Has anyone in the US actually seen this documentary since it's been streaming online?

So many people seemed interested and impatiently awaiting to watch it! Just wondering.

''It’s my absolute pleasure to say that I Could Never Go Vegan is now available on streaming platforms in the UK
😃
I’m incredibly proud of the final film we put together, so if this is something you’re curious about then please check it out. It’s perfect viewing to end the year and start the new one with a fresh outlook.
To coincide with the release today, we also have another project going live that makes for a perfect companion piece with the documentary. More on that very soon.''

''Could you do it?

As part of the launch o
f I Could Never Go Vegan, we’re running a campaign designed to get people questioning their consumer choices and think about their food as someone, not something. The first is a commercial/short impact film I directed called ‘Could You Do It?’

The idea is simple really - if you had to kill this animal yourself, could you do it? I think this is something that a large chunk of us often take for granted. You can watch the film below. The full length version is just over two minutes, so quick viewing, but hopefully impactful.''

I think VeganRachel is referring to people in most industrialised countries where the animal-using industries pursue manipulative campaigns to encourage people to consume more such products. And most people in those countries believe they must do so.

Personally I believe veganism is a response to the modern condition in which animals are often regarded as nothing but resources for our economic systems. Back when people were hunter/gatherers, they lived much more consistently with the basic aims of veganism (though of course they neither knew nor would have cared).
