Heinen's is a small, family owned chain of stores in NE Ohio which are kind of like mini-Whole Foods. Their buyers work with doctors and dietitians from the Cleveland Clinic and they have a pretty impressive selection of vegan specialties plus they sell a lot of produce from local organic farms. They're also willing to order things based on customer feedback. Giant Eagle is also okay although, since they're a larger chain than Heinen's, they tend to discontinue things which don't move quickly...which are often vegan type things.

Cleveland of course has the wonderful West Side Market, which I haven't been to all summer .
If you're in the Stow area, or go through Rt 8 to Akron, Kreighers Health foods is a must!
