Vegan Mashed Potatoes

I love mash! Veggie sausages, mash and baked beans is a fine a meal as you're going to get. If I have mash for dinner I always keep some back to make hash browns or bubble and squeak for breakfast the next day. :lick:

I use Maris Piper potatoes for pretty much everything. They are readily available in the supermarkets here.
 
Thanks for the tip on using floury potatoes. I haven't been, and I am usually annoyed at the gumminess of my mashed. My mom uses some potato cooking water instead of milk, and hers come out lovely, but now I think it is the potato selection. :)

No matter how you prepare and eat your potatoes, your stomach only knows one kind of potato: mashed.
