Are you referring to what's going on in Syria? Because I have been thinking about that too. Wouldn't it be weird if it was all a hoax?

That's the problem with modern technology. For all I know all of you are just a bunch of government workers gathering intelligence on the environmental community o_O
No, I mean when the movie first came out, within a short time the Lewinsky/Clinton scandal came out and Clinton bombed a country.

I don't think the Syria footage was faked, and it is horrible, especially thinking about the children affected. I think it was declassified to get Americans on board with shooting huge warheads into yet another country that will not do any good, and will just kill more people.

Oh... sorry, I'm not too educated on Clinton's presidency. I was only four or something then, and I really didn't research it that much...

Watch You, Me and Everyone We Know.

I can understand why films like this annoy people but I personally loved it.

I've been watching a few old films this weekend. And Then There Were None, Psycho and now Rebecca.

I also rewatched Identity.

I really liked this movie up until the ending.
That ending is so overused now. I wish they went with something more original.

Silver Linings Playbook. Oh I liked this, they cheesed it up a bit from the book and changed a lot of the dynamics (and story!). But the soundtrack was great, Jennifer Lawrence was quite good and actually, I preferred it to the book. Despite the naff romcom emotional chase and reconciliation ending.

I watched Argo last night. Very good nail-biting thriller, although I'm not sure it should have won the Oscar for Best Picture. I vaguely recall when the news broke about the six Americans smuggled out of Iran posing as Canadians, although like most people at the time I never knew the CIA and the US government had anything to do with it. It's nice to get the whole story (or the story told in the movie. I haven't read the book it's based on).

Looper although didn't like Bruce Willis much in it.I thought the movie was good.Time travel is

^ I loved Looper.

I've been watching old films again. Gaslight, North by Northwest and there have been a marathon of Sherlock Holmes films on.
My husband was a librarian years ago, and we did a marathon of all the Hitchcock films from the library's videotapes. He would bring home a few at a time; impressive to see all Hitchcock's amazing works. :)
