Jurassic World...pretty good, so far. Predictable, as expected but interesting enough.

I think there's, like, five of them now! I love Catherine Bell. She plays the part perfectly, IMO.

Back to movies ... watched "Mr. Holmes" yesterday, very good movie.

The great Ian McKellen plays an aged, retired Sherlock Holmes, dealing with the onset of Dementia, credibly portraying him both at age 65, when retiring, and then at age 93, trying to reconstruct what happened in his last case.

Very good, quiet movie, that still has lots of suspense.

Best regards,
Andy

I watched The Changeling the other day and thought it was creepy. The Changeling (1980) - IMDb I don't know how I managed to miss seeing it since 1980.

I also saw the new version of Poltergeist and the less said about that the better.:D

I started watching The Good Witch's Wonder last night.:) I was watching an old episode of Friends and saw Catherine Bell was one of the women that Joey and Chandler talk to before they leave baby Ben on the bus.

I think I was getting The Changeling mixed up with the film The Howling for some reason because I thought it was going to be about werewolves.

I keep confusing this with "The Exorcist", I guess because both movies feature young girls.

I haven't seen the original of those two films but I have heard so much about them from people that I feel like I have.

Beasts Of No Nation was amazing. Very emotional though, so expect to be upset whilst watching it. Idris Elba is brilliant.

We also rewatched Blood Diamond at the weekend which actually has a very similar feel to it. That is amazing too, but not quite as much as BONN :)

My Mom used to really like "JAG", with Catherine Bell playing a Marine as the female lead.

I watched "The Avengers" superhero movie... it was kind of strange: the heroes spent almost as much time clobbering each other as they did the bad guys. But Black Widow rocked, and it was fun seeing
Hulk repeatedly slamming Loki to the ground at the end... (The Hulk to Loki, who's lying stunned on the ground: "Puny 'god'!")

Watched "Wargames" with my wife on TV.
She had not seen it, when it came out, like I had (a few times, if I remember correctly).
Good movie, although the story has huge loopholes, of course.
