It's psychological. You have an eating disorder and need to see a counselor about it.
I agree it’s psychological. I don’t agree in psychologists, though. I think coming to terms with the facts and being honest to yourself about your capabilities and getting to the root of the problem is the key. Then you can slowly implement steps to recovery. I’m all about self help.
