A chestnut/kale/pumpkin seed and mushroom roast with a delicious rich port gravy. Serves 2.

I made this and served it with spicy roast parsnips, steamed potatoes, carrots and broccoli. It tasted almost like homemade nut roast and I must say the gravy was nearly as good as a chef's.
