Struggling with asian inspired vegan dishes

I found this just now. I had seen it years ago but I forgot about it. I haven't tried it yet. I probably will tomorrow

I have an electric stove is that ok?
Yeah I do too.
Just use that highest setting. Let the pan get hot before you add the veggies. (See the video. )
Non stick T-Fal pans have those red spots that turn solid.

Just remember not to leave the stir fry alone. you have to keep stirring. but it should only take 2 -4 minutes.

I used to add things one at time. first tofu, then broccoli, then mushrooms. Now, I'm not sure that is necessary. But if you do that you can start with the tofu and once it turns a little brown add the broccoli. then 1- 3 minutes later add the mushrooms.

another trick I like is to put the veggies in a bag with a 1 tbsp soy sauce and shake it around to get an even coating. if you haven't added oil to pan and aren't going for oil free cooking - this trick is good for oil too.

Done this a couple of times since I posted it. Its so easy.
I make all my tofu at once now and then add it to salads and stir Frys.
You can add it to the stir fry last cause basically you're just heating it up.
