Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

I had gin cocktails and nibbles (roast almonds, a selection of olives, chive and garlic cream cheeze with seed crackers) at my friend's. She also made a kinda pizza in a countertop style cooking gadget; courgette/broccoli/mushrooms and pb cheeze. We had stewed apple and crystallised fruit chocolate nibs for dessert.

I just bought the Beyond Sausage spicy breakfast patties and debating about making a chunky sausage gravy with them, with biscuits. oh that sounds great, but more for a day off

I haven't made colcannon in a while. I was thinking about St Patrick's day today.
I took a trip to Britain and Ireland back in 2000, with a brief stop in Amsterdam before returning- but although I kept my eye out for colcannon on the menu, I never saw nor had it while I was over there. I've made it myself and it's a simple recipe, so I don't suppose I missed anything.

It isn't difficult to make at all, but I don't buy cabbage regularly.
