You could protectively wrap an ear of corn or a potato or some other veggies in foil & ask them to throw 'em on the grill.... LOLI am going to a party at a friend's apartment complex, and I'm not expecting much, as it's a cookout. So I have snacks that I will eat just before I go: hummus and carrots and a small fruit salad.
LOL, I could, but that would require planning, which in this case I failed to do.You could protectively wrap an ear of corn or a potato or some other veggies in foil & ask them to throw 'em on the grill.... LOL
Leftover pizza that we made yesterday using jus rol Pizza bases, violife mozzarella pizza cheese, black olives & artichokes. Pretty delicious. That cheese melts really well!
Yes, amazing! Never had it before.I think that it's the best ever cheese for melting.
Corn on pizza? You do that in the UK?
I made linguine noodles and swiss chard with a gravy made from no chik'n base.
@shyvas-
do you remember the noodles I replied to liking that are about 4 mm long, bronze cut, and kinda curved length wise? Those are what I'd have preferred!

I get the regular violife sometimes but this was the first time trying the pizza one.Never had it ? Violife is now available (even Morrison's stock it) in all the UK supermarkets. I have to haul it back in my suitcase.
It is by far the best non dairy cheese for melting………….

Ugh I agree. I think that sainsburys cheddar is disgusting! Love the cranberry WensleyDale & their cream cheese though.I see. I thought that I had read you buying Violife before. I also prefer the pizza variety for melting and usually cook with non dairy cheese. I find that it's not too tasty if not cooked. I tried the Free From Sainsbury's cheddar style yesterday and didn't like it. However, I grated it over last night's pasta and it wasn't too bad.
