Someone explain to me why, when there is a 35% chance of rain, it actually rains. But when there is a 75% chance of snow, we get nothing.

Same here. We are back in the 30’sF and the wind is a-howling.
I take that back. Temperature is currently 24F.

Stepped out just long enough to feed the birds
